Custom Electronics Enclosures Policy

Custom Electronics Enclosures Policy

Welcome to Make Maker Privacy Policy.

Carefully read the following policy before uploading your files.

3D Printing Service Policy
1. Design Responsibility
 – Customers are responsible for providing correct, print-ready 3D models.
 – We do not modify, repair, or redesign files unless requested as a separate service.
 – Any errors resulting from flawed design files (e.g., thin walls, non-manifold geometry, unsupported features) are the customer’s responsibility.

2. Print Quality Disclaimer
 – 3D printing naturally produces layer lines, minor surface imperfections, and slight dimensional variations.
 – These characteristics are normal and not considered defects.
 – We do not guarantee perfect color matching or surface finish unless specified.

3. Failed Prints & Reprints
 – If a print fails due to machine error or material issues, we will reprint at no extra cost.
 – If a print fails due to design problems, incorrect file setup, or unsuitable geometry, the customer will bear the cost of reprinting.

4. Liability
We are not liable for:
 – Functional failures or breakages resulting from improper use of the printed part
 – Losses incurred from delays, design errors, or part performance
 – Legal issues related to copyrighted or restricted designs provided by the customer
 – Customers must ensure all files submitted comply with applicable laws.

5. Prohibited Prints
 – We do not accept prints related to weapons, illegal objects, or harmful devices.
 – We reserve the right to reject any file that violates safety, ethics, or legal guidelines.

6. Payment & Turnaround
 – Printing begins only after full payment is received.

 – Turnaround time is an estimate and may vary based on complexity and queue.

Custom Electronics Enclosure Manufacturing Policy

1. Design Responsibility
 – Customers are responsible for providing accurate technical specifications, drawings, and measurements. We manufacture strictly based on submitted details unless design services are separately requested.

2. Manufacturing Tolerances
 – Minor dimensional variations, surface marks, and finishing differences are normal in metal/plastic fabrication and are not considered defects.

3. Production Failures
 – If manufacturing fails due to material or equipment fault, we will remake the enclosure at no extra cost. If failure results from incorrect specifications, redesign costs apply.

4. Liability
 – We are not responsible for equipment damage, system failure, or operational losses arising from enclosure use. Customers must ensure suitability for their electronics.

5. Restricted Applications
 – We reserve the right to reject projects involving prohibited, illegal, or hazardous uses.

6. Payment & Lead Time
 – Production begins after full payment. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary with complexity and workload.
