Material Properties
High UV resistance, ideal for outdoor applications
Strong, impact-resistant, and slightly flexible
Heat resistance up to ~100°C
Chemical resistant; similar to ABS but better weathering
Printing Temperature
Nozzle: 240–260°C
Heated bed: 90–110°C
Enclosure recommended to reduce warping
Print Considerations
Minimal cooling to ensure good layer adhesion
Moderate print speed 30–50 mm/s
Can warp like ABS; use brims, rafts, or enclosures
Good post-processing; acetone smoothing works partially
Applications
Outdoor parts exposed to sun and rain
Automotive parts, housings, enclosures
Mechanical components requiring UV stability
