Material Properties

Tough, flexible, and impact-resistant

Chemical and moisture resistant

Heat resistance up to ~80–90°C

Slightly glossy finish; stronger than PLA but less brittle

Printing Temperature

Nozzle: 230–250°C

Heated bed: 70–90°C

Cooling: 0–30% fan, low to maintain layer adhesion

Print Considerations

Moderate warping; brims recommended for larger parts

Print speed: 30–60 mm/s

Can string; optimize retraction settings

Excellent layer adhesion; durable functional parts

Applications

Mechanical parts and functional prototypes

Enclosures and containers needing chemical resistance

Structural components exposed to moderate heat.
